Gross Auction provides what you need for your auction. Our commission fee includes sale personnel - auctioneers, clerk, cashier and staff & ringmen - there are no hidden costs. We have tables, showcases and trailers for displaying your items, a professional office and all equipment needed for a successful auction. We will arrange for lunch to be served and toilet facilities, if needed.
Our staff will come list and photograph your items and then produce a sale flyer to notify the public of the upcoming auction. You choose what publications you would like to use for advertising your sale, and we will see that they are provided with the proper information. (You will pay for the advertising, but we will do the work). At no cost to you, we post your auction information on our website as well as on Auction Zip and mail flyers to over 100 bidders on our mailing list.
After the auction, Gross Auction will present you with a check for your auction proceeds minus expenses. Our staff will then see that all bills are paid so that you are not burdened with paperwork. Our auction family respects the fact that this is your property and your auction. Understanding that it is sometimes hard to part with precious memories and family items, we will work with you and for you.
