Terms of Sale:

1. All bidders must submit proof of financing at time of registration.
2. All bidders must show proper identification at time of registration.
3. Terms of sale are 20% down day of sale with the remainder due at closing within 5 business days.
4. A  6% buyer's premium will be collected to cover auction costs.
5. Buyer's premium does NOT include closing costs.  All closing costs are to be paid by buyer, including, but not limited to, title search, surveying (if desired) and insurance.
